Have I mentioned lately how much I love Le Tote?
The last box they sent contained the above items. The bracelet? FAB. The necklace? Beautiful (and surprisingly long).
This is the first box where I seriously considered keeping multiple items. The skirt looked GREAT on. I loved the side slit and the fabric, which was almost quilted. I also almost kept the necklace, but ended up sending it all back.
The tunic, unfortunately, did not fit well. I liked the idea of it, especially with its little pockets, but it was a miss for me, particularly because the end of the brown/beginning of the black fell exactly at my widest point. Let’s just say that was less than flattering.
I paired the skirt with the floral top, and wore the necklace with it as well, though that might have been overkill. I wore ’40s-style wedge heels to pull the whole outfit together, and even received a few compliments on my attire. Excellent!
Le Tote is a monthly subscription box dedicated to fashion. Think of it like the Netflix of clothing and accessories. For $49 a month, Le Tote sends you three articles of clothing (tops, skirts, dresses or pants) and two accessories. You wear them and send them back (and don’t even have to wash them!). They will send you as many boxes for that $49 a month as the post office will allow. As soon as you send back your items, they will ship out another set. I managed to get three boxes in a month, though I’m sure four is possible.
You can choose to keep items simply by not sending them back, and you will be charged for that item, at a discount. If you really like something but don’t necessarily want to buy it, you can choose “RESEND THIS PIECE” in the My Totes menu, and they will resend it in a future box. It took a month, but they did resend one of the pieces I loved in the first box. Excellent timing.
